Ten months for credit card fraud - the crime was actually committed by her then fiancé, Robin Dunstan, but Zandra decided to take the blame.

While in Larkhall
A hopeless heroin addict when she arrived at Larkhall, the first problem she encounters is Shell Dockley out for revenge for drugs she was owed by Zandra.
Rehab was tried on more than one occasion.
Her first attempt at rehab was an attempt at persuading Helen Stewart to allow her to marry her fiancé, Robin, inside the prison - this all fell through when it transpired that Robin had engaged another woman on the outside and wanted nothing more to do with Zandra, or the baby she later discovered that she was carrying.
After the baby's birth, Robin successfully sued for custody leaving Zandra spiralling back into addiction.
An unlikely friendship was built up between her and one of her cell mates, Crystal Gordon.
Soon afterwards, she began suffering from severe headaches that were initially diagnosed as side-affects of short-sightedness by
Dr Nicholson - known as Dr No No by the prisoners. However, as the headaches increased in frequency and she began to suffer from fainting fits, she was sent for tests at the local hospital where it was discovered that she was suffering from an inoperable brain tumour.
She then managed to fulfil a dream by kissing her personal officer Dominic McAllister. She died shortly afterwards in prison, surrounded by those prisoners she considered her friends.
In a poigniant moment, her baby is brought to the memorial service held in the chapel of Larkhall.
